Some employees need some customer service training, friends shouldnt get to jump the line, this.has happened several times
Would love to rate this a 5, and I would if it was still owned by the old owners. I’ve gone here for years and always have loved it. They have great coffee and the staff has always been terrific. However, the new owners are not that friendly or nice. It takes away from the great small town atmosphere that the place once had.
Great little coffee shop right at the center of Main street, Saxonburg. It's like BOGO if you're used to going to Starbucks but you also get a historic setting to enjoy your drink. There's table and board games for the kids or the more competitive adults.
Has been slow as the new ownership is still very new to the business, but products remain good.
